Stills from Sungkyunkwan’s last shoots Posted: 01 Nov 2010 05:00 AM PDT Stills for the last shoot (sob!) are out for Sungkyunkwan Scandal, which airs its final two episodes today and tomorrow. (Beware of photo spoilers, in case you’re keeping yourself away from hints about unaired stuff — they aren’t too spoilery, but they do show upcoming scenes.) The drama’s PD, Kim Young-sung, expressed his sadness about the drama’s upcoming end, and said that the entire cast is fatigued from all the work, but also sad that the drama will soon be over. Posted: 31 Oct 2010 08:25 PM PDT Such a bitter win So, if I just continue with my first idyllic love introduced in episode 8's recap, this one was like finding your boyfriend holding hands with your best friend. Whom he hated. The same day he had said he loved you, and bought you a puppy. What in the nine circles of hell is this? I hope you have an explanation, and a good one, if you value your life. I have a knife and I know how to chop dirty pigs like you into tiny pieces. Start talkin’, babe. Jeez, give Ji Heon a break! Secret Garden sold abroad before premiere Posted: 31 Oct 2010 03:50 PM PDT Upcoming weekend drama Secret Garden has already been sold abroad, more than two weeks before its premiere date. Looks like the star-studded combo of Hyun Bin and Ha Ji-won was enough to get it sold on name recognition alone. I know I’ll be tuning in to the first week just based on the cast. Well, that and to see what on earth a “fantasy-action-melodrama” is. Okay, and also to see Binnie acting like a girl, once he gets body-swapped with Ha Ji-won. Because that? Has potential. It’s only been a few weeks since filming began, but Secret Garden has already been sold to Hong Kong and the Philippines, and deals are currently in the works for Japan, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia to broadcast as well. Trio of talent headlines suspense thriller The Client Posted: 31 Oct 2010 11:00 AM PDT Wow, with a cast like this, my interest is piqued: Ha Jung-woo (The Chaser), Park Hee-soon (A Barefoot Dream), and Jang Hyuk (Chuno, pictured above) have all been cast in a suspense thriller film called The Client. Ha Jung-woo plays a lawyer struggling to prove his client’s innocence of a murder charge. Jang plays the suspect who is accused of killing his wife, and “holds the key to the truth.” His lawyer goes up against the public prosecutor in a fierce battle of wits and wills; the latter will be played by Park Hee-soon. © javabeans for Dramabeans, 2010. | Permalink | 23 comments | Add to del.icio.us |
