| GP Basic’s youngest member prohibited from music shows Posted: 12 Nov 2010 01:43 PM PST Just how old is she? Korea’s youngest girl group recently their second single titled “I’ll Be There.” Unfortunately, one member won’t “be there” to promote with the team. GP Basic debuted in August with “Game” and made headlines not for their music but for their young ages. All six members were born in 1996 with the exception of Janey, who was born in 1998. Yeah, she’s 12. Under new regulations, Janey has been prohibited from performing on music shows. GP Basic‘s agency stated, “Because of the new age restrictions on public music shows, Janey will not be allowed to perform with the group. The lyrics for ‘I’ll Be There’ reveals how the members feel and their wait for the groups maknae to come back.“ To show that Janey is not forgotten, the remaining 5 members also decided to title their new track “I’ll Be There (To J).” How do you guys feel about this issue? Today the girls individually went with a solid look and again performed flawlessly. After blowing out SG Wannabe last week, SNSD had a bit more competition today. Up against 2AM‘s “You Wouldn’t Answer My Calls,” SNSD‘s “Hoot” got the edge 20516 to15019 to win the K-Chart. Congratulations to SNSD! Recently, the Fly to the Sky and Sweetbox members released their new duet track entitled “Don’t Tell Me I’m Wrong“. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: The artists sang the entire track in English and they’re very easy to understand. Cons: They need to drop the autotunes. The song sounds like it was recorded in outer space. We know they both have beautiful voices. I feel they should have just chosen a simple ballad tune instead. me….”Odoru Sanma Goten“ Ok, my article is over! Wait a minute….Do you want to know what “Odoru Sanma Goten” is? This is a popular talk show on Japan’s Nippon television network. Jung-min joined the show,hosted by the famous comedian Sanma Akashiya, this week and his episode with air on November 23rd. Currently, the singer and stage actor is busy preparing for his showcase/fan meeting and a new album release. However, he still managed to squeeze in the time to join 11 other celebrities to talk to the pretend owner of a fishery (Sanma Akashiya). CNR Media(his agency) stated the following about Jung-min’s recent show appearance: “Even though Park had a hard time understanding the strong dialect of host Sanma Akashiya, he was able to finish recording the show as well as receive praise from the producers” What do think about this Double S news? | Posted: 12 Nov 2010 05:24 AM PST POPSEOUL sees a musicial comeback in their future! 10Asia quoted a J-tune official stating: “The boys are recording their title track and our goal is to release the album by January of next year. We aren’t sure what type of album it will be since it’s still in the planning stages.” MBLAQ has plans to make their music internationally known. In addition, the five boys are beginning to work on their new music video. Sorry kiddies…there is nothing to ask Santa for this year. Youf favorite band will comeback,but it will be after Christmas. What could the JYPE crew be calling themselves? 2pm were the first residents in the “nation” to tweet the new name. Below are Taec-yeon and Jun-su’s twitter messages: Taec- “Oh and we have a name for the JYP fam!! JYP nation!! I’m so happy JYP fam has a proper name now!! From now on we’re JYP nation!! To be honest I was a bit envious of YG Family or SM Town but now that we have one too I’m so happy~!!” Jun-su- ” JYP NATION “ Holla! JYP Nation represent! On Kim Dong-wan‘s Japanese homepage, he revealed his album list. Songs include, 君がいるべき場所 (“Where You Should Be“), “MY LOVE” featuring Eric, and 夏が好き (“I Like Summer“) featuring Andy. All of the aforementioned songs were originally included in Kim Dong-wan’s first solo album. The singer will hold a fan meeting in Tokyo on December 18, 2010. Are you excited for Kim Dong-wan‘s comeback? Fans of Shinhwa probably are counting down the days until all the members are released from military service so they can see the boys perform as a group on stage again!           |

Kim Ki-bum hasn’t been participating in promotions with Super Junior since their third album “Sorry Sorry“. After the release of “Jumunjin” earlier this year, fans have not heard news of Ki-bum for months. Many fans have expressed that they miss him and want to see him on stage soon. | Taeyang’s older brother to debut as an actor Posted: 11 Nov 2010 02:51 PM PST Upcoming actor Dong Hyun-bae (27 years old) will be making his debut as an actor soon! Dong Hyun-bae is Big Bang Taeyang’s older brother… do you see a resemblance? Currently a student at Daejin University, Dong Hyun-bae is enrolled in theater and is planning on becoming an actor. His agency stated, "Such work as dramas and movies have been reviewed. He has a great passion for acting and solid fundamentals, therefore we believe you can expect to see him grow into a good actor in the near future." If the older brother is just as talented as his younger brother, we can expect good things to come!           |
