On the 9th of October, 2ne1 performed "Can't Nobody" on MBC "Music core", they emerged on stage with unique costumes and hairstyles.

It caught the eye of the netizens as the costumes they wore were the same outfit Minji wore in the music video. It is a tracksuit with skeleton x-ray print and also wore sneakers showing a fierce atmosphere.

[News] The Fugitive PlanB OST to be released on 15th Oct

Korea's king of pop Rain returns to the small screen in the spy-action drama The Fugitive Plan B (a.k.a. Runaway Plan B), his first TV series in five years. Rain and Lee Na Young, herself making a TV comeback after six years, play competing operatives who cross paths on the hunt. They hide their true motives from each other, but budding romance puts an unexpected dent in their respective missions. From the director and screenwriter of Chuno, the highly anticipated globe-trotting drama co-stars Daniel Henney, Lee Jung Jin, Yoon Jin Seo, Uehara Takako, and Takenaka Naoto.

Rain didn't participate in the soundtrack for Fugitive Plan B, but his proteges MBLAQ did. The popular boy band's energetic theme song RUNNING&RUNNING matches the drama's action-packed pace. Shin Seung Hun sings Rain's character ballad theme "Do Not Believe in Love", while Brown Eye Girls member Jea takes care of the heroine's theme Poison. Hot girl group 4Minute and newcomer ORAN-G also contributed songs to the soundtrack.

Trending #1 right now is none other that Super Junior's Kim Hee Chul. After congratulating F(x)'s Sulli a really belated birthday, he then uploaded an image he drew of himself, then Sulli's. Seeing that Hee Chul was trending #1, Sangchu then tweeted HeeChul:

[News] Behind the Story of Super Junior's Angel

Dance group Suju's struggle in recording a ballad.

Super Junior's members Eunhyuk, Sungmin, Donghae, Ryeowook and Kyuhyun recorded the song "Angel" for 15 hours. The song is featured in "Haru," a drama aimed at promoting Korea which was produced by the Korea Tourist Service and Jaeil production. The music director Oh Joonsung who finished recording the OST of "Haru" said, "we were worried that we might not be able to finish it. However, their passion made the work delightful."

The work was rigorous as they were stuck in the recording studio for 15 hours to finish one song. Sungmin even showed signs of fatigue as he had recently worked a busy schedule. Also, it was difficult to decide where the harmonization would occur as the song was unlike the songs they were used to typically.

"It was the worst. Thankfully, as time went by, harmony between the members were mixed well that a great song was created. Ryeowook's neutral yet sensuous voice was especially excellent. Eunhyuk's rap skills were really great."

In fact, the reason Super Junior pushed back their vacation to Italy in the beginning of September to pour their passion into the "Haru" OST was because of the song "Angel." Super Junior who had asked to sing the song personally felt the charms of ballad through the hit OST producer Oh Joonsung who had previously worked on drama "Boys Before Flowers," "Prosecutor Princess," "My Girl." Eunhyuk wanted everyone to take interest in the song by saying, "recently, Shindong hyung revealed his girlfriend on Twitter. We are proudly revealing Angel."

Web drama "Haru" which was produced to promote Korea stars TVXQ's member U-Know Yunho, Han Chae Young, Lee Dahae, Big Bank, Park Siwoon and many other stars. The song "Angel" has been released and is currently receiving lots of popularity.

9 member group SNSD is one of the pioneer members of K-POP girl units. They debuted in Japan about a month ago and are quickly preparing for the release of their 2nd single and here are their "10 Secrets".

These personal testimonies are from staff members.

1. The life of 9 members living together

Since their debut in 2007, the 9 members of SNSD have been living together in a high class apartment in Seoul. Since there are only 5 rooms they were divided as follows: "Yoona (20) & Yuri (20)", "Jessica (21) & Sooyoung (21)", "Hyoyeon (21) & Seohyun (19)", "Sunny (21) and Taeyeon (21)" and "Tiffany (21)". The girls will be coming back to Japan with their 2nd single "Gee" which will be released on the 20th. This fall, the SNSD whirlwind will blow in once more.

2. The order of morning showers…

"Since their young girls around 20, they live together like a large family, so to decide the order of morning showers they do "rock, paper, scissors"." They also have a system everyday for meals. The "rule" is that in the morning the first member to wake up makes breakfast and the last one has to clean everything up. Although you could say, the late riser is regularly Jessica. She's always the girl in charge of cleaning up (Haha)" (Korean female reporter)

3. They put names on their underwear!

The members decide things by majority rules. "Since the 9 members have similar body types, there is a rule that says they must definitely write the initials of their names on their underwear. Also, they are not allowed to be in romantic relationships according to their office, so there is an unspoken agreement that if a member likes someone, they have to hide it. This seems to be a scheme so they can try and solve who the date is (Haha)" (The previous mentioned reporter)

4. A routine that strengthens their bond!

One of SNSD's charms is that they dance powerfully and perfectly together. In order to increase their bond, it's routine that they hold each others' hands and talk for 5 minutes every day.

5. Beauty & Diet methods…

The girls stretch out their slender legs and let out an involuntary sigh--.
A Korean beauty writer states, "It seems they don't particularly limit the food they eat. They pay more attention right before a new song is released when their exposure is high, but consistently around every 3rd week they order pizza and they go back and forth to the sundae (sausage) shop."
"Seohyun is enthusiastic about eating habits and beauty. She doesn't eat instant food or fast food at all. Since skin cells rejuvenate at night, she tries to get to bed by midnight."
She thoroughly takes care of herself and it's her true personality, it seems she's called a "model student". Intense dancing and a well-regulated lifestyle delivers great legs!?

6. Spending time with members on the holidays

SNSD are close friends. They often spend time together on their vacations.
"In their private time, they are very ordinary girls. They go to amusement parks, and enjoy shopping and going out to eat. When they go on trips they regularly wear caps and a mask to "disguise" themselves, but fans still recognize them.
One time, the girls went to an amusement park with no make-up on and fans took tons of pictures of Sunny, Hyoyeon, Jessica and Tiffany. Their company got angry and told them, "Next time you go out on a trip, wear make-up!" (Haha)" (Previously Mentioned Reporter)
There are also days when the members bond and go to bars together. Tiffany disclosed this on a Korean TV program, "The members who are the worst drunks are Sooyoung and Jessica. Sooyoung becomes hot-tempered and Jessica becomes a "telephone demon" (Haha)"

7. The member with 'superhuman strength" is Yoona

The number one (strongest) is the group's "center" and popular member, Yoona. She may look frail, but she's actually famous for being the group's strongest.
"She completely defeated a male talent, that she was co-starring, with at arm wrestling, among other things. This power is certainly boyish. When the group has to travel, Yoona's job is to carry the heavy luggage." (Previously mentioned program's staff)

8. Jessica's "troubling" habit

Jessica is called the "ice princess" by fans because of her cool image. Her troubling habit is, once she's asleep she doesn't get up.
"When we're filming, 2 hours had passed and Jessica hadn't appeared, the staff started to really panic. We even considered filing a police report, but once we searched the house again, we found her with a toothbrush in one hand sleeping in the bathtub. (Haha)"
On their days off, she can sleep for more than 16 hours. When it seems too late, the members toss her out of bed, and exclaim that "Sleeping Beauty" has woken up.

9. "Leader" Taeyeon's troubles

Taeyeon was selected as leader because she is the oldest member. The pressure caused her to sleepwalk for a period of time. At that time, Sooyoung spoke to the Korean media.
"When Taeyeon sleeps, she solves math problems. Even though she's alone she greets someone. In the middle of the night she would also start using her phone, it was scary."
Naturally, Taeyeon doesn't remember any of this, but the members told her about her sleepwalking and her actions in the middle of the night.

She is extremely mischievous and is famous for being the "most mischievous" member in SNSD.
"At their dorm, she tied all of the members' shoelaces together and ran away. She hid a toy cockroach in Tiffany's bed and made her cry. She often makes them angry (Haha)
She's unique during "disputes". When she's angry at a member, she writes a memo on why she is upset and then reads it off to the member. Also if the other party objects to the memo, she expects it and has answers written down for that as well. It's interesting" (Previously mentioned program staff)

Brown Eyed Girls Gain who recently released her solo mini album has been doing an all kill on online music charts.

On the 9th, Gain has topped majority of the music charts including Melon, Soribada, Daum, Mnet, Monkey 3 and others.

On the 8th of October, Gain had her solo debut with "Irreversible" showing a different music genre in kpop and a unique concept. On the 9th of October, YG entertainment updated their account YG Life and uploaded a video interview of Flo Rida and G-dragon, this was when Flo Rida was visiting South Korea.

There has been plagiarism claims by netizens last year that G-Dragons "Heartbreaker" was plagiarizing Flo Rida's "Right Round", however Flo Rida dismissed such issues and said he does not think it was plagiarized.

T-ara have received an offer worth $3.6 million USD (around 4 billion won) from a Japanese company for their representative rights in Japan.

T-ara's company,Core Content Media announced this on the 7th and commented that :"The Japanese company rates T-ara highly as they are not just singers, but they have been successful in dramas,movies and CFs. They are also attracted by the pretty images of the girls from their pre-debut photos."

"It was hard to coordinate a time(to enter Japanese promotions)the last time round as each member have their own individual activities in the form of drama,movies and CFs.Its in fact practical impossible for them to promote together."

Following in her unnie's footsteps, the maknae of popular girl group Brown Eyed Girls, Ga In, has made her much anticipated debut as a solo. After travelling to Australia to film her artistic music video, it was officially unveiled yesterday and has received a lot of positive comments from fans online.

Today on Music Core, she performed her title track Irreversible which consists of breathtaking choreography and a tango-like sound.

[News] Jo Kwon reveals pic with good friend Nichkhun

Korean idol Jo Kwon has posted a picture of himself with 2PM member Nichkhun on his official Twitter account.

On Wednesday, the 22-year-old singer uploaded the photograph of himself winking with his cheeks puffed out and Nichkhun smiling with his arm around Jo Kwon's shoulder with a comment underneath saying, "I am good friends with Khun '-'* have a good day=3."

Fans who have seen the picture have left responses such as, "Kwonnie & Khunnie ," "Oppas are so adorable!^^" and "Both of you are so cute!"

Jo Kwon made his debut as the leader of the four-member ballad group 2AM in 2008. The boy band will be returning to the music scene later on this month with their first full-length album.

Outside of his music career, he has appeared in numerous entertainment programs including MBC's reality show "We Got Married" opposite Brown Eyed Girls' member Ga-in.
