[News] Idols tweet Min about her 'shoe incident' on Music Core

Earlier today as miss A was performing Breathe on Music Core, Min managed to accidently flick one of her shoes off yet keep performing. After the incident, Super Junior's Heechul, B2ST's Junhyung, SE7EN and 2PM's Taecyeon tweeted her saying things like 'haha, that was cute!' and 'it was the best performance I've seen.'

A music video demo version of 'Mary Stayed Out All Night' starring Jang Geun Suk, Moon Geun Young, Kim Jae Wook and Kim Hyo Jin.

Releasing teaser pictures for the upcoming drama "Mary Stayed Out All Night" excited many enthusiasts and now the release of a music video demo version has further raised anticipation.

This particular video had been produced for the Tokyo International Film Festival and also as a preview for sale to other markets in the region and the world.

The drama will premiere on November 8th through KBS2TV in the Monday-Tuesday time slot.

[news] Miss A's Min loses her shoe during 'Breathe' Performance in Music Core

Miss A member Min had an accident during their performance.

On the 16th of October broadcast of MBC "Music Core", Miss A appeared and performed "breathe", however, by the end of the performance, Min's shoe from her left foot flew on stage showing a bit of embarrassment, but however, she was able to recover and professionally continued the performance.

Fans who watched the incident happen said, "She had a major shoe crisis", "It was embarrassing but I admire her professionalism in the end", "I praise her ability to deal with such crisis".

[news] KARA to release 1st Japanese album in November

KARA announced that not only will they release their 2nd Japanese single, they will also release their first Japanese album in November.

KARA debuted last August in Japan with "Mr" which jumped to the 5th spot in the Oricon weekly chart, since then they have made the dance craze in Japan with their famous "butt dance". Also they are planning to release their 2nd japanese single "Junmpin" on the 10th of November and on the 24th of November they are going to release their first Japanese album "Girl Talk".

It is a short amount of time to prepare for an album and release it, but it was made due to the hot interest from the local fans. Their new song "Jumpin" has already been chosen as the main theme songs for music programs as well in Fuji TV also their album jacket concept photo's have been garnering interest in Japan and Korea.

An official announced, "It is very unusual for a group that debuted a few months ago to receive such attention, TV programs have been requesting them for appearance but we have to reject them due to the tight schedule they already have. KARA will release their second single on the 10th of November and proceed to a full scale promotional activity."

Their new album will contain 9 tracks in total and will include their 2 Japanese singles. They have released their "The Best" album which included all their korean songs since they debuted and it reached 2nd in the Oricon Weekly chart.

[News] JYJ 'Faceless Singers With Explosive Album Sales'

SM Entertainment has filed an exclusive contract suspension and album sales prohibition injunction to the Seoul District Courts on the 8th against JYJ.

Also, the 'Korean Federation of Pop Culture and Arts Industry' sent an official notice to KBS, MBC, SBS, cable TV companies, and album and online music distribution companies that says to refrain from aiding JYJ in their activities.

Contrary to this, the viewers' thread of music program 'Music Bank' was hit with over 1000 new posts in two days.

The majority of the titles and content of theses posts called for JYJ's appearance on 'Music Bank'.

JYJ released their album 'The Beginning' on the 14th and recorded 220,000 pre-orders for their normal edition album and 300,000 pre-orders for their special edition album that will be released on the 18th. Considering the fact that an album is considered a hit in Korea if album sales surpass 100,000 copies, and that the most someone has sold recently was just over 200,000 copies, it is evident that JYJ's album sales are superior compared to that of other singers.

Many are curious to see if JYJ, who have blown life into the Korean album market for the first time in a couple of years, will become 'faceless singers' or if they will appear on next week's 'Music Bank' and change the fans' requests into words of thanks.

Since their debut, the four girls of miss A have created a strong impact in the kpop scene. And when promotions for their debut track Bad Girl Good Girl ended, they began releasing photos, video teasers and audios for their follow up track.

Today, they performed their title track Breathe and gave off a quirky feeling. At around 2:04 minutes, we can see that Min's shoe actually flicked off while she was doing a few small kicks, but instead off getting all embarrassed and stopping to pick it up, Min was professional and continued on with the performance wearing only one shoe.

The five young boys of SHINee are back to amaze Shawols and others as they took to the stage on Music Core today. Sporting a cute and soft concept compared to the dark and dangerous one they had for Lucifer, the boys continued to perform their follow-up track Hello.

It was another flawless and even though they didn't perform their choreography today, it was well-performed vocal-wise.

[News] SM Town Live 2010 makes it to the America billboard.

On the 15 of October, SM Entertainment announced that the SM Town Live 2010 World Tour has reached the top 10 in the America concert billboard in terms of concert ticketing.

This concert brought about startling records. Artists like BoA, Kangta, Yunho, Changmin, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee, f(x), etc attracted about 15000 concert goers and a result of USD 1,100,000 in terms of ticketing sales.

These results also edged out world renowned stars like Justin Bieber and Shakira. Although 70% of the concert goers who went were Asians, but in the Korea billboard, it is a huge achievement!

[News]Boom and Leeteuk's Continuing Friendship

The original jack of all trades Boom(real name Lee Minho) left a message to Super Junior Leeteuk. "To Teuk who I miss, before, you used to receive my ideas and listened to my advice well...Now you don't do that anymore."

In the interview with Newsen, when asked about who he missed the most, Boom replied, "I miss and think of a lot of people. I especially think of Hodong hyung and Super Junior Leeteuk," showing his affection toward Kang Hodong and Leeteuk.

Boom said that he talks often on the phone with Leeteuk normally, revealing their continuing friendship. He left a funny message to Leeteuk.

"When I watched Teuk Academy, I thought about how well you were doing. Before, you used to receive my ideas and listened to my advice well...Now you don't do that anymore."

[News] SNSD Jessica's Twitter account is suspended?!

It's just been days since Jessica has joined Twitter and today if you have tried accessing her profile, I'm sure you already know the bad news.


There's absolutely no reason for her account to get suspended and the only thing we could imagine is that Antis might have reported her account for spam.

That's too bad :( i hope Jessica would make another Twitter account again and the rest of SNSD as well.

[News] Congressman An asks for regulation of idols on broadcast activities

Congressman An Young Hwan of the Committee on Culture, Sports, Tourism, Broadcasting & Communications has stated that there must be restrictions set to prevent underage idols from dropping out of school and being exploited.

According to documents he revealed on October 16th, idol group minors were being overworked for broadcast appearances.

SHINee's Taemin (17), a high school student, recorded program 'A' from 8 PM to 11 PM. Wonder Girls' Sohee (18) and Lim (18) also were present at a recording for program 'B' until 3 AM.

IU (17) and T-ara's Jiyeon (17) both worked past midnight in programs 'C' and 'D' despite being high school students.

Congressman An continued, "Even Japan has restrictions set preventing minors from making broadcast appearances past 10 PM. England also does not allow anyone under the age of 16 to stay past 9:30 PM at a recording set. We must create a work environment that enables young celebrities to work in settings fit for their age. There must be a guideline with broadcast companies, such as limiting the amount of time recordings take to under a day when underage idols are present."

He concluded, "Broadcast companies and our society alike are wrapping up these young children and selling them to the public. Any variety program these days make requests to young female idols to perform 'sexy dances' in revealing outfits. This is not right for our society at all."

An will be submitting these claims to the KBS parliamentary inspection on the 18th, and is requesting that there be a restriction set on idol appearances.
