Park Shi-yeon’s New York shoot for Cosmo Posted: 20 Oct 2010 05:34 AM PDT Actress Park Shi-yeon (Coffee House, Story of a Man) took to the streets of New York to attend the 25-year anniversary gala for Tommy Hilfiger, and shot a photo spread for Cosmopolitan in their new fall line. I know it’s stating the obvious, but she really does look good in everything. It’s been great to see Park coming into her own with her standout role in Coffee House as a high-powered but sweet and endearing character, who stood toe-to-toe with Kang Ji-hwan. Posted: 19 Oct 2010 08:32 PM PDT Beware: steer clear of irate diver women if you are trying to run away. This episode was fun and eventful, and I love the speedy pace so far. It stretches out the plot points to the right moment- it doesn’t become repetitive or, conversely, resolve issues too quickly without building the dramatic tension. Sungkyunkwan, Playful Kiss supporting actors lead new sitcom Posted: 19 Oct 2010 04:01 PM PDT You may currently know these two actors, Jeon Tae-soo and Yoon Seung-ah, better by their characters’ names in their current dramas — which would be the devious school president Ha In-soo of Sungkyunkwan Scandal and Ha-ni’s best friend Dokko Min-ah of Playful Kiss. (You probably recognize them better in character, above, than dressed as their normal selves, below.) Now both will be acting in an upcoming MBC sitcom, titled All My Love [몽땅 내 사랑]. They’ll be joining several idol stars making their cross-overs into acting (why??), such as Jo Kwon of 2AM fame, Ga-in of Brown Eyed Girls, and Yoon Doo-joon of Beast. Let’s just hope Jeon and Yoon get some quality screen time, since they’ve proven they have some acting talent. (...) © javabeans for Dramabeans, 2010. | Permalink | 56 comments | Add to del.icio.us |
Sungkyunkwan Scandal: Episode 13 Posted: 19 Oct 2010 10:30 AM PDT I'm back! I hope you readers enjoyed the little treat that girlfriday presented to us as much as I did! I'm feeling refreshed from my mini recap vacay and ready to get back in the game with this awesome episode. It's official. I'm shipping the Yong-ha+Guh-ro bromance all the way. Not that I don't love the other pairings, because I adore all of them, but the bromance has my yaoi imagination running wild and I love it! On to the recap!
