The members of Super Junior expressed their excitement of their first concert in Singapore. Leader Eeteuk said in the video,'Finally, Super Junior 3 will be held in Singapore.' Members especially Eunhyuk, jumped for joy as he expresses how happy he feels to have their first concert in Singapore.

Company mates Yesung and Luna has collaborated for the first time to take part in one of KBS 'President' OST, Loving you. After the full song has been released, fans were simply awed by the song.

A MR removed version of the song was being uploaded by one of the fans and many have commented that both voices were 'gifts from God.' Many were blown away by their powerful voices. What do you think?

[News] SNSD has to put up with a busy schedule

On the 29th, SNSD performed at SBS Gayodaejeon and on the following day, participated at "Japan Record Award" then on the same day travel back to Korea for KBS Gayo DaeChukJae.

They are at Japanese awards from 6.30pm Korean time and are travelling back to Korea for 9.50pm (Korean time) start of KBS Music festival.

They will travel by Japanese Business jet which flies 13 people at a time. 9 members, 3 staff and 1 manager.

On MBC Bouquet Nickhun revealed that for the first time, he watched an adult movie when he was 15 yrs old.

They were talking about "What would you like to do when you become an adult" and when "Adult movie" topic came up, Nickhun's ears turned red and couldn't hide it.

He said "When i was in New Zealand at the age of 15, for the first time I watched r19 movie"

[News] TOP named the #2 “rabbit star expected to thrive in 2011″!

Lee Seung Gi was named the top star from the year of the rabbit that is expected to thrive in 2011.

Music web site Monkey3 conducted a survey from December 22nd through the 29th asking what "star from the year of the rabbit would thrive in 2011", Lee Seung Gi received an overwhelming response with 54% of the votes (442 people out of 817), earning him the #1 spot.

Lee Seung Gi had a huge success in many different areas in 2010. He showed amazing acting in SBS's "My girlfriend is a Gumiho", he also showcased variety show skills through "1 night 2 days" and "Strong Heart", and he was strong in the music department as well.

At number 2 was Big Bang's member TOP with 22% of the votes, 183 voters who considered him the star of the year of the pig who will flourish the most in 2011. Big Bang member TOP who put a pause to his music career in order to pursue an acting career recently won the Popularity Korean Wave award at the 47th Grand Bell Awards.

At number 3 was BEG member Gain, at 4th place JYJ's Xiah Junsu. Both from drama "Mary Stayed out Night", Jang Geun Suk received 5th place and Moon Geun Young came in at 6th place.

[News] CNBLUE – FT Island “Joint Stage” Expect for the climax

Flower bands CNBLUE and FT Island will showing their first "Joint Stage & Band Battle".

CNBLUE and FT Island will give us a special stage with their hit song on the following 2010 MBC "Gayo Daejun" on December 31st. Moreover, this will be their first joint stage, this joint concert performance were prepared to capture the enthusiastic of the audience.

In addition there are also other battle debut stage that hasn't been seen such as 2PM, SHINee, and f (x) to enliven the stage.

CNBLUE and FT Island's the first 'Joint stage & Band Battle' will be broadcast on Dec 31st.

[NEWS] Ga In Accepts "Best Couple" Award with Cardboard Jo Kwon!

At the MBC Entertainment Awards, held last night at the MBC Dream Center in Ilsan, the People's Choice "Best Couple Award" was given to Brown-Eyed Girls' Ga In and 2AM's Jo Kwon (the "Adam Couple"), who currently star as a make-believe wedded duo in the reality show "We Got Married". The win was decided by online voting; Ga in and Jo Kwon were up against some tough competition against their costars CN Blue's Yonghwa and SNSD's Seohyun, and 2PM's Nichkhun and f(x)'s Victoria. However, the "Adam Couple" received 76,988 votes against "Khuntoria's" 55,173 votes and "YongSeo's" 35,672 votes.

Unfortunately, Jo Kwon was unable to attend, so Ga In accepted the award with 2AM's Seulong and Jinwoon -- and a cardboard cutout of Jo Kwon, which the boys propped up in front of a microphone as Ga In thanked the WGM staff and the 2AM boys. She ended the speech by thanking Jo Kwon for being her strength and staying by her side. (We assume she meant generally speaking, not physically at the moment.) After she finished speaking, the 2AM boys urged Ga In to kiss the cardboard Jo Kwon, which she did with some embarrassment and laughter. Cute!

Rainbow have been handpicked by Bae Yong Joon and it has became a hot topic.

Rainbow, the only idol group, have paticipated in the original sound track for hallyu star Bae Yong Joon's "Trip left to find the beauty of Korea", a travel documentary essay that traces the beauty of Korea (from historic landmarks to its traditional music). The documentary will air on MBC Life in 8 parts beginning January 8th.

The singing talent also includes Lee Ki-chan and Big Mama.

[News] SNSD blessed with the most awards in 2010

Among all girl groups, SNSD were blessed with the most awards this year.

Music portal site, 'Bugs!' conducted a poll from December 14th to December 27th entitled 'Which girl group were blessed with the most awards in 2010?'. From 2,829 participants who took part in the poll, 65% (1822 people) voted in favor of SNSD, putting the girls on top of the list.

Netizens commented, "'Oh!', 'Run Devil Run' and 'Hoot' have secured the no.1 spot on various music awards respectively and thus, SNSD are the ones who are blessed with the most awards this year" and "SNSD won the most awards due to their skills and popularity".

SNSD who have won Daesangs for 2 consecutive years (Digital Daesang in 2009 and Disk Daesang in 2010), won 3 awards at the '2010 Golden Disk Awards'. They also won 14 K-Chart Awards, inclusive of the Annual K-Chart Awards on KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank', 8 Mutizen Awards on SBS 'Inkigayo', 3 awards at the '2010 Bugs! Music Awards' and bagged 4 awards at '2010 Melon Music Awards'. Other than domestic recognition, SNSD also chosen as the Best Rookie by Japan BIGLOBE and they are in contention for the Best Rookie Award at the '2010 Japan Record Award' which will be taking place on December 30th.

From the result of the poll, 2NE1 took the no.2 spot with 20% (548 people), followed by miss A in 3rd with 8%.

[NEWS]Controversy over infinite's violent MV!

Infinite's 'BTD' (Before the Dawn) teaser video is being swept up in violence controversies.

The teaser for Infinite's 2nd mini album's title song, "BTD", which was released on the 30th, is the work of Hwang SooAh, director who made IU's "Good Day" and Brown Eyed Girls' "Abracadabra".

In the video, Infinite members showed a fight that would happen in real life. They are receiving reviews that this scene is like a blockbuster, but at the same time they are receiving critiques on how they beautified violence.

To this, their entertainment responded, "At the time we release the full version, all controversies will end. Take note of the strong storyline."

On the other hand, Infinite will have a showcase on January 6th with their comeback up ahead.

[News] 2010 Daum Life On Awards: SNSD's 'Oh!' selected as the 'Music of The Year'

Daum Communications have announced the winners for the '2010 Daum Life On Awards' where the award ceremony will be taking place on January 3rd, 2011 at the El Tower Grand Hall in Yangje-Dong. Kim Jedong will be the host for the ceremony.
From December 2nd to December 22nd, Daum conducted the online voting process to determine the winners of the '2010 Daum Life On Award' through its website. There are 22 categories of awards with 28 award recipients in total.
In the 'Contents Category' netizens have selected SNSD's 'Oh!' as the winner for 'Music of the Year' award, adding another trophy to their collection in 2010 after being crowned with various prestigious year-end awards.
Winner in each category will receive prize money of 1,000,000 Won and a trophy. The winner for 'view Grand Award' will be receiving 5,000,000 Won and the nominees who made it to the final round will also be presented with special gifts.
This award was organized in conjunction with a donation campaign and netizens were charged 100 Won for every vote they cast. From the 21-day voting period, a total of 27,000,000 Won was collected from 89,764 people who participated in the online voting. The sum of money collected will be channeled to Korea Association of Social Welfare Centers to help the less fortunate families all over the country.

[NEWS] TVXQ Max Changmin to appear new SBS drama next year

Cast of upcoming SBS series "Paradise Farm" [E.S.P Company]
Korean idol Max Changmin of duo TVXQ will be playing one of the male leads in an upcoming SBS drama, according show's producer Samhwa Networks on Wednesday.
Samhwa announced in a press release that Changmin was chosen to play the role Han Dong-joo, the son of a conglomerate who falls in love with a prodigy veterinarian named Lee Da-ji (played by Lee Yeon-hee) in the new drama titled "Paradise Farm," which will premiere on January 24 next year.
"Paradise Farm," helmed by Kim Chul-kyu and shot in Australia and Jeju Island, tells the story of a couple who gets married at the young age of 19 and then gets a divorce.
The show will take over the Monday and Tuesday timeslot after current series "It's Ok, Daddy" finishes its run.
Max Changmin made his debut in the five-member boy band TVXQ, composed of other members Xiah Junsu, Hero Jaejun, Micky Yuchun and U-Know Yunho, in 2004.
However, after disputing with agency SM Entertainment over the unfairness of their 13-year exclusive contract, Jaejung, Yuchun and Junsu halted their activities as TVXQ and instead formed trio JYJ.
Max Changmin and U-know Yunho will make their comeback with the release of their special edition new album titled "Keep Your Head Down" on January 5 while the regular version will hit stores a week later.
The two recently celebrated their seventh year in the music industry, thanking and wishing their fans the best for the rest of the year.

5dolls (파이브돌스) and Co.ed member, Seo Eunkyo (16) has became a hot topic from a picture from 3 years ago as a JYP trainee with 2PM member Wooyoung.

Core Contents Media revealed, "Seo Eunkyo has been doing street dance performances since elementary school and has done over 300 of them," they said, "Because she's already debut on stages before, she is not very stressed for her debut with 5dolls," they said on the 30th.

5dolls is a sub-unit consisting of the female members of Co.ed who released 'Too Late' and 'Bbiribbom Bbaeribbom' earlier this year.

5dolls will debut at the end of January.

[News] JYP Entertainment & J. Tunes EntertainmentTo Completely Merge

On December 30th, Singer/producer Park Jin Young announced that the name of J. Tune Entertainment will be changed to JYP Entertainment, and that the two companies will be merging as one.

In a general stockholders meeting (to be held on February 6, 2011), J. Tune Entertainment will be electing Park Jin Young and CEO Jung Wook as members of the Board of Directors. The current board members, including CEO Kim Yoon Chul, will resign, and the company will officially change its name to 'JYP Entertainment'.

Regarding the name change, representatives of J. Tune Entertainment stated, "Park Jin Young hopes to use the JYP label to bring J. Tune up to its status."

Additionally, Park Jin Young signed on with J. Tune Entertainment, as explained by representative, "After acquiring shares and taking control of the company, Park Jin Young signed a contract under the agency in order to join forces with Rain and the celebrities within it."

A representative of JYP Entertainment revealed to Newsen on December 30th, "Park Jin Young has decided to contract with J. Tune. His contract with JYP Entertainment expired back in 2006, and since then, he has not been under any contract.

J.Tunes Entertainment will be completely absorbed by JYP Entertainment. On February 16th, J.Tunes Entertainment will change its name to JYP Entertainment and JYP Entertainment's board of directors will be on J.Tunes Camp's board of directors as well.

Park Jinyoung will also be considered under J.Tunes Entertainment instead of JYP Entertainment, which fans are confused by, as it was just announced that J.Tunes and JYP Entertainment will be merging. However, this will be the first time in 4 years that Park Jinyoung will be under an entertainment, as his own contract with JYP Entertainment had expired and he has not signed any contract since then.

We can only speculate what this means, but it could signal the start of J.Tunes Entertainment becoming a subsidiary of JYP Entertainment, therefore causing MBLAQ to be indirectly part of JYP Entertainment. It could also be the return of Rain to JYP Entertainment, once his time in the army is complete.

Many fans are confused by this news and are wondering what will officially happen to J.Tunes Camp artists such as Rain and MBLAQ. How are you taking this news?
