You can say “Good Morning” on January 5th.

SBS made the following announcement on December 27th,

"JYJ recorded for 'Good Morning' today. While discussing possible celebrities that will be promoting in 2011, we decided to request JYJ's appearance. The trio finished about an hour and a half of footage and still have additional recording left."

JYJ‘s promotional company,CJes Entertianment, was quoted stating,

"At this time, we're aggressively working towards getting JYJ on public broadcast shows."

After JYJ completes their performnance on KBS’s Drama Awards 2010 on December 31st, they are headed to the morning show. 2AM are not the only early birds in Seoul!

Their top girl band,SNSD, recorded the first promotional video for the upcoming Febuary auditions coming to Daegu, Daejeon, Busan, Jeongju, Kwangju,and Seoul.

… getting married!

Lee Chun-hee announced this news through his fan cafe. He stated that he fell in love with Jun Hye-jin while shooting the SBS drama “Smile, You“, where they acted as a couple. After the drama ended, Lee Chun-hee kept thinking about her and missed her. After trying to persuade her many times, he won her over on April 9 at 9:00. Lee Chun-hee also revealed that Jun Hye-jin is currently 8 weeks pregnant and they will become parents next year. The couple will get married in March of next year!

Congratulations to Lee Chun-hee and Jun Hye-jin!

JYP Nation’s ballad group may even be hotter than 2pm!

“Sex Bomb” was one of the many musical numbers (performed by member Chang-min) 2AM brought to the stage in front of 4,000 to kick off their solo concert tour in Korea. K-pop bands T-ara and 8eight joined the JYPE group for their Christmas solo concerts in Korea University’s Hwaseong Tiger Dome this weekend.

In addition to their own hit songs like, “You Wouldn’t Answer My Calls”,”Can’t Let You Go Even If I Die”, “No More”, and “To Love Again”…the boys included Jo Kwon’s Lady Gaga impressions,as well as, girl band favorites.

After Chang-min’s “Sex Bomb” and “New York” performances, 2AM showed off their inner “Bad Girl Good Girls” with their “So Hot” “Hot Issue” and ended with a “Bang”!

That’s right 2AM transformed into the Wonder Girls, MissA, 4Minute, and After School on their solo stage.

I saw them in concert this year and these guys didn’t do any cross dressing. I am curious if the dresses came out for this special weekend. 2AM can pull off an impressive vocal performance,but did they succeed in the girl band sexy department?

The JYP Nation Teamplay concert is over and the injuries are just beginning. After all the preparations and practicing, Min‘s body is starting to show signs of fatigue.

Below is what she tweeted today:

Experience “SHINee The First Concert in Tokyo”

SHINee (Onew,Jong-hyun,Key,Min-ho, and Tae-min) held their first solo concert in Tokyo, Japan on December 26th. This was the first of two shows the boy band held at Yoyogoi National Stadium. They performed in front of 400 members of the press and 24,000 fans.

“SHINee The First Concert in Tokyo SHINee World” was a huge success with the boys singing their hit songs, as well many others. From the photos, you can guess that “Juliette” and “Lucifer” were two musical numbers that kept fans on their feet.

However, main vocalist Jong-hyun expressed the following message to fans about his performance in the concert:

“I’m feel sad and sorry because the members and I have dreamed of holding a concert even before our debut and I wanted to show everything through this show”

Despite his injury, the band will hold two more concerts in Seoul’s Olympic Stadium on January 1st and 2nd.

SHINee will officially begin their extended career move in Japan with the release of their album in March through EMI Music Japan.

I really wish I could have been there. The photos are spetacular! They should consider bringing that mini tour to the USA too.

Eun-jung of T-ara…

… gets injured.

On December 25, 2010, Eun-jung slipped on ice while moving to complete her next schedule after a music show performance. She was transported to the emergency room in a hospital in Ilsan. Eun-jung received emergency care and was moving to her next schedule when she felt pain, once again. This time, she was transported to a hospital in Seoul and got an MRI, x-ray, etc. The tests revealed that her left knee ligament was hurt. The doctors revealed that Eun-jung must be in a cast for two weeks and be in a another supportive cast for another two weeks following.

T-ara‘s management company, Core Contents Media, stated that due to Eun-jung‘s injury, she will not be able to participate in the end of the year music award shows for the MBC, SBS, and KBS networks. Eun-jung stated that she will get better quickly, so she can meet her fans again soon.

Eun-jung, you will be missed. Get better soon!

Sun from the SBS drama “Secret Garden” comes out of the closet

The character of Sun from the SBS drama “Secret Garden” (played by newbie actor Lee Jong-suk) declared that he was gay in episode 14.

In episode 14, Oska got into a complicated situation regarding the plagiarism of a song after a new composer gave a false testimony. To solve this problem, Oska and Sun went to visit the composer. When Sun yelled at the composer saying how she could do this after they decided not to sue her, she stated that what she did was right. She also asked Sun if he was still gay. Sun avoided the answer, recognizing that he, indeed, likes men.

Many fans speculated that the character of Sun was gay from the beginning, and now that it has been confirmed, the Sun-Oska (Sunska) couple will probably get more supporters.

Although it is highly unlikely, do you want Sun and Oska to be together?

Did J-tune merge with JYP Entertainment?

Rain returns to his debut label….

JYP Entertainment and J-tune have joined forces. (J-tune company Prez) Rain will be heading to the military next year, until then he wants to focus solely on his acting and singing. However,he needed someone to manage his company.

So, is he giving his company to JYP?

JYPE released the following statement to the press today:

“JYP Entertainment and its employees have become the biggest shareholder of J.Tune Entertainment via third-party shares allotment.Some time ago, J.Tunes' talent Rain approached JYPE producer Park Jin Young with a proposal. Until he joins the army next year, Rain will focus solely on his singing and acting activities. He has requested that JYPE be in charge of his company's management.In the future, Rain will be able to freely and actively promote himself with the best support behind him. In the last three years, Rain has gained a lot of experience, and we plan to create a strong and positive synergy.”

J-tune and JYPE expressed:

“JYPE's shareholders had the same suggestion as Rain's, and the proposal was completed after the review.”

I have two more questions:

Does this mean JYPE trainees are now apart of the JYP Nation and J-tune family?
Will 2PM and MBLAQ become BFFs?
