Jun-su’s “Tears of Heaven” tickets sold out in five minutes! Posted: 16 Dec 2010 08:25 AM PST What is your verdict: is he  crying ”Tears of Heaven” or “Tears of Joy”? The first set of tickets for JYJ’s Jun-su  new musical “Tears of Heaven” went on sale early December 16th. However, it was not early enough for diehard JYJ/DBSK fans. 10,000 seats were reserved in a matter of five minutes! The reservation website crashed because so many Cassies were logging on for tickets.What can you expect with “tears” in the title? This is worst than JYJ introducing their girlfriends to us! Does anyone have a tissue? This feels like Jongkyung all over again! Spokesmen for the producers stated the following: “The first round of tickets featured a total of 18 showings for sale. Out of the 18, Jun-su was to appear in six of them for a total of 10,000 seats. Within five minutes, all 10,000 of Junsu's seats were sold out, confirming that he's one of the greatest stars with the best ticketing power." “Tears of Heaven” will begin its seven week run on Feburary 1st. Kim Heechul co-hosts SBS’s Gayo Daejun Awards Posted: 15 Dec 2010 10:53 PM PST Super Junior member, Kim Heechul (top right) will co-host the 2010 SBS Gayo Daejun Awards alongside 2AM’s Jo Kwon, CNBLUE’s Yonghwa, and actress Hwang Jung-eum. A few have suggested that he looks more like Yoo Seung-ho without his double eyelids, but the general consensus is that Won Bin will always be Won Bin, no matter what. Stars turn on the heat for the Melon Music Awards… Posted: 15 Dec 2010 10:30 PM PST … by showing off their skin… maybe a little too much? The 2010 Melon Music Awards (MMA) took place on December 15, 2010 at the Kyung-hui University campus. The weather was especially cold that day, with very low temperatures. However, the cold weather wasn’t enough to keep the stars from sacrificing fashion aka their short mini dresses. Tae-yeon of Girl’s Generation wore a lingerie-inspired dress to the awards show. The top mesh part of the dress showed just enough of her black bra that it was sexy yet still appropriate. She showed off her voluminous body, escaping her usual innocent girl image. Yoon Ji-min, actress known for her role in “Chuno“, also chose to wear a mini dress. The deep V neckline showed off her curves, but the length of the dress was way too short. Every time the actress walked up the stairs, either the high top part of her stockings or her spanx showed. Park Bom of 2NE1 also surprised the fans by walking the red carpet in a leather mini dress. She paired her outfit with a fur shawl and kill heels with ribbon detailing. She looked okay for the most part, but every time she walked up, the cellulite on her thighs were revealed. The cellulite may be due to her constant dieting and fluctuations in weight. Yoon Seung-ah, actress currently starring in the MBC sitcom “All My Love“, also wore a shiny sequin mini dress to the show. She grabbed a lot of attention because of the contrast between her very young face and glamorous body. Who do you think looked best of the four stars above? John Park has a big face Posted: 15 Dec 2010 09:38 PM PST John Park, runner up of Mnet's 2010 Superstar K, never thought that his face size would attract media attention. Having lived in the U.S., the light of JYP's eye obviously doesn't understand that face size is a huge deal here. But here in Korea, the smaller the face, the "prettier" or more "handsome" you are supposed to be. Why? Because a big fat moon face is never photogenic. And beauty in the motherland is based on western ideals. The big face issue was brought to light on the YTN' News and Issue-News and People" program on December 15th. John told reporters that he never thought about face placement when taking a picture. He added that he laughed himself when he saw a picture of himself and actor Joo Jin-mo taken at the Superstar K show in late October. Wow! Joo Jin-mo's has a pinhead compared to John. The actor seems more trollish against John's Shrek. Of course, John is closer to the camera, but the difference is obvious. Again, John's face is relatively bigger than Min Hyorin. I guess that's good if you are a girl. You wouldn't want a face bigger than a guy, now would you? So John is actually being gentlemen-ly without realizing it. So what's the big deal? In a country where face size determines whether you are star status or not, that doesn't matter if you have a big moon face. Joo Ah-min took part in the Ryul+Wai: Project Album and recorded a song titled “Symbol“. The Ryul+Wai: Project Album is an album based on a theme of collaboration between Ryul+Wai (fashion brand) and music. Are you excited to see Joo Ah-min‘s debut as an artist?
