“Dream High” releases cast photos! Posted: 20 Dec 2010 08:42 AM PST They’re coming…. Holym Company and CJ Media (Bae Yong-joon and JYP‘s collaboration) shared these photos with the press on December 20th. I actually like the pictures…except for one thing! Why do the ladies have to wear mini skirts in winter? They will have to dream warm in order to avoid frostbite! This is the one major wardrobe malfunction. What do you think of Dream High’s official cast photos? Source: Nate |
Posted: 20 Dec 2010 08:17 AM PST On December 15th, Money Today Star News asked , "Is there any possibility for DBSK (TVXQ) to get back together?" JYJ‘s reply: JYJ may be a trio, but their hearts will always be filled with DSBK. The band was also quoted stating the following: "It's still the same now, but all five are DBSK members… It's disappointing for DBSK to promote as two separate teams. It might be frustrating right now, but we want each other to do well." If they do reunite, they will be JYJ-DBSK/TVXQ! If they keep this up, their band will consist of all the letters in the alphabet. I nominate a new group called GPTF! What do you think about the possibility of this acronym band reuniting? Lee Min-ho sends Christmas greetings…. Posted: 20 Dec 2010 07:07 AM PST the Twitter/Facebook way! “It’s almost Christmas. have a nice week.^^” The words above was just one translation of three (in Korean,English, and Japanese) holiday greetings actor/model Lee Min-ho stated to his fans. After falling in love on-screen with Goo Hye-sun and Soh Ye-jin over the past couple years, the actor still has some love to share with his beloved Minoz crew. Can you imagine if Santa Claus was actually Lee Min-ho…Would you just leave him a midnight snack and turn in for the night? Or, would you spend your whole evening with a camera in hand? Posted: 20 Dec 2010 06:42 AM PST In 2011, this new band will go through a transformation. Below is what two dedicated international fan clubs stated (or tweeted) about the news: “Our Boys Dae Guk Nam Ah will be divided into 2 sub units and Karam, Mika and Jay will be active starting January 2011……For those who don’t know, we just informed you about their sub unit’s plan regarding their manager announcement from their café Dae Guk Nam Ah will be divided into 2 sub units: Karam, Suhoon and Jihwan will be active start January 2011. Just some news for everyone…..” When will Hyun-min and In-jun make their sub-unit debut? Details regarding their future career plans have not been disclosed yet. Now, before you get all teary-eyed and can not see the article anymore. (Please put away the tissues) Let me clarify one thing…..DGNA is not breaking up! They are just venturing into sub-units for the time being. I think of it in a S.M. The Ballad,Orange Caramel, Super Junior mini groups kind of way. The individual members will always belong to their respective bands, they just have a special job on the side. POPSEOUL wishes DGNA all the best in their new sub-units! Choi Jin-shil’s kids continue on their uncle’s good deeds Posted: 19 Dec 2010 05:52 PM PST The son and daughter of Choi Jin-shil, a famous Korean actress who committed suicide in 2008, were seen carrying on their uncle’s good deeds even after his death (Choi Jin-young also committed suicide) back in March of this year. On December 19, 2010, at Seoul Nowongu Jungaedong, many stars gathered together to participate in the “3.6 Project” to help deliver hot charcoal to people’s houses. Some old-fashioned houses in South Korea still use charcoal to heat their houses. Stars like Yiruma (pianist), Baek-ga of Koyote, Kim Seung-hyun, Lee Kyun, Son Eun-suh, Moon Sae-yoon, and Hong Jin-ju (pro-golfer) helped out this year. Choi Jin-young was seen volunteering for the first time at the same place for the same event after he was accepted into Hanyang University. Choi Jin-young receiving a college education had always been Choi Jin-shil‘s lifelong desire, so the actor enrolled himself into the college after her death. Unfortunately, the actor was unable to continue his volunteer work and college education with his death back in March. Hwan-hee and Jun-hee, Choi Jin-shil‘s children/Choi Jin-young‘s nephew and niece, were seen volunteering together at the event with Kim Seung-hyun who was a close friend of Choi Jin-young. It’s nice to see that they are growing up healthy and well, continuing their uncle’s good deeds in the process. Isn’t it? |
Posted: 19 Dec 2010 05:25 PM PST Park Min-young, actress most recently seen in the KBS drama “Sungkyunkwan Scandal“, shot a photo spread for the January issue of Vogue Girl magazine. The theme of the shoot was “unbalance girl”. The actress wore things that wouldn’t normally be worn together such as a wedding dress with a denim jacket. She displayed a comedic and bright attitude, similar to that of her character as Yu-mi in MBC sitcom “Unstoppable Highkick“. If you want to see more of Park Min-young, make sure to get the January issue of Vogue Girl magazine! |
