[News] Asia's No. 1 boyband 2PM - Japan debut

It was announced that a famous Korean boyband 2PM famous for its beastly image and live performances is going to debut in Japan. A DVD compiled of their 7 hit songs MVs will be released in November, also in December they're going to have a debut event at Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan. The 6-membered boy band, named as one of the best in Asia, is set to debut in Japan.

With girl groups SNSD and Kara breaking into J-pop market, boy bands are not left behind. 2PM is also finally landing in Japan.

Average height at 180cm, weight 69 kg, they debuted in 2008 september, and was distinctive among other bands because of their distinctive performances and well-trained bodies. They have a big competition and rivalled even Big Bang which are famous in Japan right now.

As they were on the rise in K-pop industry they had no intentions of entering Japan music industry but they were approached by around 10 Japanese agencies with an offer to sign contracts. Eventually they signed under Sony Music Japan.

The rest of the article says that the agency has a detailed plan for 2PM's schedule in Japan, and they are sure that with the skills and the boys possess they would be able to expand not only in Japan, but all over Asia.

This is what Shindong answered when being asked about the meaning of Super Junior. As he steps toward the tough world, Super Junior members are always his strongest foothold. It has been 6 years since debuted, now he had become one of the representative singers in Asia.

He said, there was a 180 degree change in his life before and after he met with Super Junior.

CNBLUE went to Japan in 2008 to study music without any particular plan and performed in streets and in small live halls so that they could improve their live performance. As a result, here come 4 members of CNLBUE who sparkle their passion and effort at this stage.

CNBLUE released their 2nd Japanese single "I Don't Know Why" on 16th September and performed live at a concert in Osaka, followed by Nagoya concert. The 3rd and last performance they for Japan's "Listen to the CNBLUE" live tour was at Shibuya-ax, Tokyo on 20th.

The fans in the concert celebrated Jungshin's 19th birthday with cake and birthday song. There was an announcement saying that CNBLUE will hold the first fan meeting in Japan and it made the fans happy and shout for joy.

Due to the fact that their concert tickets were sold out all the time whenever purchase of tickets were open, fans called the concert "cannot-be-attended-even-though-wanted", there were many fans waiting and queuing with a huge line at the concert hall to watch CNBLUE's performance and 300 fans who couldn't purchase the tickets were waiting outside to support them.

In the press interview right before the concert, CNBLUE said, "The new single album is the process of finding our style of music, which makes the album to be more attached to us," and they gave their opinion, "We are surprised by reaching the 7th spot in Oricon and appreciate all the fans who love our music and will put our effort to do better".

With powerful performances, and being called as the "Beast Idols", the Korean hottest male idol group 2PM is going to debut in Japan. On the 24th of November, a DVD with 7 music videos of their hit songs and more will be released. And on the 8th of December, they will have their first debut event in Tokyo's Ryogoku Kokugikan [T/N: also known as the Sumo Hall].

With an average of 1.81m of height and 69kg of weight, they first debuted in the September of 2008. The debut single got the No.1 on the chart and they took a lot of music awards before.

In this Kpop Trend in the Japanese music industry, there are more than 10 companies who joined the competition in signing a contract with them. At the end, Sony Music's Ariola Japan successfully signed the contract with them.

Besides the DVD that will be released on the 24th of November, on the 8th ofDecenter they will release the Japanese special edition of their Korean album "01:59PM". The official CD debut is set to be in next year's spring.

[NEWS] T-ara discuss their new album and new member, Ryu Hwayoung

Girl group T-ara came together for a very special interview. T-ara has undergone great changes recently and now gets a holiday. Although they're currently on holiday, they kindly accepted this interview.

Earlier this year, T-ara's "Bo Peep Bo Peep" and "I Go Crazy Because of You" became recognized by every one. After that, Eunjung, Jiyeon, Qri, Hyomin and Boram all underwent acting jobs with Soyeon preparing for hers, making all six of them actresses. This created even greater awareness for T-ara.

After this year's Chuseok season though, T-ara will go back to the music roots with a big change.

T-ara will start preparing 100% for their October comeback with a new mini album. The six girls will resume full-scale activities as a group after it's been nearly six months. But the fans will not be able to call T-ara a six member girl group no longer. That is because Ryu Hwayoung has joined T-ara being the same age, '93, as maknae Jiyeon. She will officially join with the release of this new album. In October, you may call T-ara a seven member girl group.

Eunjung said, "Hwayoung went to Guangzhou (southern China) for her holiday and will come back on the 23rd where we will do some finishing things on the album," about her new dongsaeng.

Hyomin also said, "Now I have a bigger responsibility and have to keep track of my style better. Hwayoung has already given me a lot of help and advice on [my style]."

Jiyeon: "Now that I have someone my age in the group, it's good," she said smiling.

Ryu Hwayoung is not included in this interview because she hasn't yet officially debuted.

T-ara hasn't been together promoting full scale since "I Go Crazy Because of You" which was six months ago. During this holiday break they'll get to prepare for the new album. They said the new album has an extraordinary passion.

The new leader, Boram said, "Now that I'm a leader and there is a new member, I have a lot more responsibility. This holiday will help me prepare for this and the new album."

Hyomin said, "Preparing for the album was hard, but it's pleasant to have a holiday break and relax. When I'm back on stage I'll be able to play a fast, hard and ready character."

When the full moon comes over this holiday, all the girls will wish for a successful new album.

Qri said, "I'll be looking at the moon wishing for great success with T-ara's album. It would be good to see that happen, of course."

Soyeon also said, "I wish for T-ara to finish strong this year with our comeback album."

"This is a great time to go outside the house, spend all day watching television and eat a delicious holiday meal, I know I will," Hyomin said, "Fans should turn on the TV because they will see T-ara every day in special shows."

The T-ara members final words were, "Have a great holiday with your family and relatives. We will send hopeful prayers your way. Make sure you make a wish when the moon is full, you do not want to have a blank mind!"

[News] BEAST's Yoon Doojoon reveals his behind story of becoming a singer

It has been revealed that BEAST's Yoon Doojoon had grown his dreams to be a singer by watching Big Bang.

On the episode of SBS Chuseok special 'Strong Heart', Yoon Doojoon stated, "I was a soccer player until I was in middle school, but I started wanting to be a singer when I was in high school."

He also added, "In 2007, when I was in my 3rd year of high school, I got to watch the Big Bang debut documentary. I was eating the pork cutlet in my house with my tired body after practice."

Yoon Doojoon had been eating the pork cutlet slouched down in underwear. He revealed, "Seeing myself like that was really sad. After that moment, I started to convince my parents more directly."

He is the type of person who can't stick to a certain thing for a long time. Even his mother decided that he was going to give up some time. However, Yoon Doojoon had auditioned for the first open audition in JYP and had won third place out of the 5~6 thousand participants. The first place then was 2PM's Wooyoung.

Yoon Doojoon stated, "Three months later I got to film a documentary with 2PM and 2AM. Jokwon, who had been a trainee for 7 years, really hated me."

He was crushed that he was eliminated off 2AM and 2PM, however through this chance, he was able to debut as a BEAST member. Yoon Doojoon stated, "A while back, when we placed first, our friends in 2AM congratulated us the most. We all really cried a lot."
