SNSD’s Gee’s finally gets a response

SNSD desperately cried out “Gee Gee Gee Gee” to all men but no one answered. No need to wait as two men have collaborated to answer back. E-Tribe, the magicians who created Gee have teamed up with MBLAQ’s G.O and underground rapper Nassun and released new single “O-IWI-O.”

“O-IWI-O” is an R&B that tells a story of a man that has encountered love at first sight and expresses it by saying “O-IWI-O.” SNSD‘s Gee was a song in which a girl also encountered love at first sight and made her confessions with “Gee Gee Gee Gee Baby Baby Baby.” According to E-Tribe, “O-IWI-O” is the response to those Gee’s.

G.O’s charismatic and soothing voice complements with Nassun‘s flowing rap. It is said that one will feel the love after listening to the song. And I think they are right because the song is off the charts.

G.O and Nassun will have their first performance on SBS Inkigayo on the 5th.

Now now…let’s not get TOO excited!

Solo artist G.NA seems to be all over the place these days. After successfully promoting debut single “I’ll Back Off So You Can Live Better,” she has been continuing with “Super Solo.” Her confident and charismatic performances seemed to have received much attention as she has recently recorded her first OST track.

The OST, titled “Kiss Me,” is for upcoming drama “Playful Kiss” starring Kim Hyun Joong. The song is very bright and sweet which suits well with G.NA’s voice. The MV was also released today with footages from the drama itself. Check out the video, especially towards the end where Kim Hyun Joong flings a girl in the air.

After grabbing numerous trophies with “I Need a Girl,” Taeyang continued activities with “I’ll Be There” and took another award. The win took place on the September 2 airing of Mnet M! Countdown. The win edged out Jo Sung Mo’s “I Want to Cheat.” Congratulations to Taeyang!

SNSD,SHINee, and many other top artists from SM Entertainment were all spotted boarding a plane to Los Angeles,California(USA) today.

We scared you for a second,didn’t we?

They are scheduled to perform at the SM Town Live Show on September 4th at the Staples Center. This is one of their many stops on the worldwide tour.The tour will make stops all over Asia before concluding the musical spectacular.

“The Invincible” actor,whose movie premieres September 16th, has rekindled his habit of smoking! After going cold turkey for 6 years, Seung-heon decided to pick up the habit once again.He made the announcement at the showcase for his new movie.

What was his initial reason? He desired to make his skin tone and overall appearance appear different.

We don’t know why he has chosen to go down this path again,but the future does not look bright with a cigarette in hand.

Korean pop star,BoA, expressed her gratitude to comedian, Park Whee-soon who parodied her on a show not long ago.

BoA wrote the following on her twitter page:

"Thank you Park Whee-soon oppa. This is the second parody of 'Hurricane Venus' after Young-chul oppa. I feel blissful. Thank you."

As you can see from the photo, Park used the exact makeup style and wore the same costume like BoA.

The second mini album of TRAX will be officially released on September 6th. Since the music video of the title song had been revealed, the band has started the promotion of their new album. The drama that everyone is talking about is “Bread, Love and Dreams” (제빵왕 김탁규) on KBS. The hit drama has topped #1 for 9 consecutive weeks. Nielsen ratings revealed that almost 43% of all Korean households sat glued to their sets watching bread bake during the last week of August.
